University of Port Harcourt confirms Goodluck Jonathan has no PhD.

After an inquisition to ascertain if President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan enrolled and graduated with a PhD from the University of Port Harcourt ,the responce from the school was in the Negative. Proof Below.
